 Hemingway Court is a masterplanned community development by Billingsley Development that includes 78 two-and three- story townhomes. The design intent was to create a mixture of townhome building configurations that would complement each other to create a visually divers, yet cohesive, neighborhood environment. The design solution incorporates very traditional, almost old-world, residential forms and materials and creates interest through the use of differing color palettes and form configurations. The result is an appealing blend of materials, scales and styles that has its own identity and quality.
