Project:   Retail initiative for March Madness over the course of 2 years.  Using Nike creative we developed engineering and overall production strategies for a final product that looked just like the renderings.

In 2013 we cnc’d white washed plywood to create a court floor pattern with a direct to surface print highlighting Nike imagery and team logos. Large banners were printed to coincide with a series of back wall flats with tube lighting to display shoes and a large hanging marque light box. Additional custom fixtures and displays were created to display highlighted team jerseys and shoes.

For 2014 we created a full wall of basketballs 20’ wide and 10’ tall with a custom painted splatter logo offset across the wall of balls. All splattered paint effects were art directed by myself and the lead shop painter. Custom courtflooring was created by cnc’ing and scenic treating plywood to create the effect of being reclaimed and splattered with team colors. Hanging team banners flowed from the 30’ tall ceiling as well as encircled the Players Lounge with a custom basketball pedestal to greet you at the entry.
