A residential remodel in Malibu, Ca. that pushed the limits of what is considered a remodel in the state of California.
An existing multi-level on a steep grade in the canyons of Malibu was re-invented for it's new owners and upgraded with a new and refreshing modern appeal.
The existing roof was completely re-designed and every wall was pushed and opened up to it's maximum potential with only the structural shell that was required remaining.
